Welcome to Two Sapphires. By accessing or using our website at https://twosapphires.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

  1. About Us
    1. Two Sapphires is a San Antonio-based creative studio specializing in photography, videography, drone coverage, design, and consulting. We serve both individuals and commercial clients across Texas and beyond.
  2. Services Offered
    1. We provide creative services by appointment only. Sessions, event coverage, and related services must be confirmed through our booking process, which may include digital contracts, invoices, or form submissions via Tave, Squarespace, or Pixieset.
    2. Product purchases such as albums, framed prints, gift cards, and downloadable files may be available through our site or partner platforms.
  3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
    1. All services require signed agreements and payment as outlined in the booking contract. Refunds are generally not available once services are booked and/or rendered.
    2. Print and album orders must be inspected upon delivery. If damage is found, you have one (1) week to notify us so we can work with our lab partners to address the issue. Rescheduling for portrait sessions due to weather is allowed on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Usage Rights & Licensing
    1. Unless stated otherwise in your contract, Two Sapphires retains full copyright and intellectual property rights for all creative work including, but not limited to, images, videos, design files, and copy.
    2. Clients may use licensed content only as explicitly outlined in their agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, editing (including filters or cropping), or commercial use is strictly prohibited without express permission in writing.
  5. Image Sharing Guidelines
    1. You may share your images for personal use, provided proper credit is given:
      • Instagram: Tag @two_sapphires and include “Photography: @two_sapphires” in the caption. Please use the Collab feature when appropriate.
      • Facebook: Tag us personally and include: “Photography by Two Sapphires: https://twosapphires.com”
      • Website: Include “Photography by Two Sapphires” and link the credit to https://twosapphires.com
    2. Please contact us if you need help adding proper attribution to your platform.
  6. Intellectual Property
    1. All content on this site – including but not limited to images, graphics, logo, design, copy, and downloadable materials – is the exclusive property of Two Sapphires and may not be copied, reposted, scraped, or reused without explicit written permission.
  7. Third-Party Services & Links
    1. Our website may include embedded content or links to third-party platforms such as Pixieset, Tave, YouTube, Vimeo, and Instagram. These platforms operate under their own privacy policies and terms of use. We are not responsible for the accuracy or content of those platforms.
  8. Client Galleries
    1. Client galleries may be password protected for privacy, and may require an email address to access. Some galleries may allow downloads, depending on your agreement. We reserve the right to remove or archive galleries after a specified period.
  9. User Conduct
    1. You agree not to misuse the site by attempting to access unauthorized content, scrape data, reverse engineer elements of the website, or interfere with site functionality.
    2. You may not use our content to promote competing services or falsely represent Two Sapphires in any way.
  10. Disclaimer of Liability
    1. We strive for accuracy across all of our materials, but errors can occur. We do not guarantee that all prices, availability, or service details on this site are current or free from mistakes.
    2. By using our site, you accept that all services and content are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
  11. Modifications
    1. These Terms of Service may be updated periodically without notice. We encourage you to review this page regularly. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
