    • Kurtis and Marci did my headshots for my former employer and all I can say is that I have never felt so confident before. Walking out of their studio with my hair and makeup done, I felt like Nellie from The Office when she walks into Andy’s office and just takes over his position as regional manager. When I got the photos back, I was amazed at how well they turned out. I’d go back to Marci and Kurtis for every photo-op that came across my desk from here on out. We’ve partnered with businesses, institutions, and individuals across Texas and beyond to craft compelling, story-driven visuals. Our work includes corporate conference photography (and videography), our signature headshot stations, and more personal moments like weddings, engagements, and senior portraits. With a team of seasoned professional photographers, videographers, licensed commercial drone pilots, and designers, we deliver cohesive creative solutions with a consistent editorial eye and elevated style.

    General & Booking Questions

    We cover a wide range of corporate events, including conferences, trade shows, networking events, product launches, executive retreats, awards galas, corporate holiday parties, team-building events, panel discussions, and more. If your event is business-related, we’re here to capture it.

    We recommend booking as soon as your event date is confirmed, especially for multi-day conferences or peak seasons. While we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, early booking ensures availability and allows for better planning.

    To officially reserve your date, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 2-4 weeks before the event based on contract terms. Since our availability is limited, securing your booking early ensures your date is locked in.

    Yes! While we are based in San Antonio, we frequently photograph corporate events in Austin, Houston, Dallas, and the Texas Hill Country, as well as nationwide for larger-scale events.

    Yes, we are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request. If your venue requires specific coverage details, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary documentation.

    DELIVERY & TURNAROUND

    Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days from the final day of the event. Expedited delivery options may be available for an additional fee.

    You’ll receive a private, online gallery where you can easily view and share your images, as well as a digital download link with the full set of high-resolution and web-optimized images.

    Corporate event clients receive an unlimited, non-expiring worldwide commercial usage license. This means you can use your photos freely for marketing, press releases, social media, internal communications, and beyond.

    Yes! If you need same-day or next-day images for press releases or social media, we offer rush delivery options for an additional fee. Let us know your timeline, and we’ll work with you to meet your needs.

    Absolutely. We specialize in comprehensive event coverage, whether it’s a single-day summit or a multi-day conference with multiple breakout sessions and evening receptions.

    Yes! We can set up on-location professional headshots for attendees, executives, or teams. We can also coordinate group portraits, panel photos, and executive branding imagery upon request.

    Absolutely, and they always add a fun element! We offer:

    Roaming Photo Booth – A modern, mobile alternative that captures interactive, dynamic guest portraits throughout the event with instant-sharing (using a real camera, not an iPad camera!).

    Luxe Photo Booth – Ideal for corporate galas, award ceremonies, and holiday parties, with professional lighting and on-site printing, with the option to add branded folders.

    Yes! We specialize in booth photography, showcasing your setup, branding, and guest interactions. Whether it’s a product demo or engaging conversations with attendees, we ensure your presence is documented effectively.

    PRICING & CUSTOM PACKAGES

    Pricing depends on event duration, location, and scope of services. Most clients invest between $2,000 and $10,000 for comprehensive coverage, with some multi-day productions with multiple services exceeding $15,000. Let’s discuss your event and customize a package that fits your needs.

    We understand that every organization has different needs and budgets, and we strive to be as flexible as possible for non-profits and charitable events. If you share your budget and vision with us upfront, we’ll do our best to create a package that aligns with your goals while maintaining the high standard of photography we are known for.

    In some cases, securing a corporate sponsor for event photography is an excellent option. We can offer branding opportunities—including digital and printed logo placement on event galleries, photo booth prints, or other materials—to help attract a sponsor willing to fund the photography coverage. If sponsorship is something you’d like to explore, we’re happy to discuss creative ways to make it work.

    Most of our corporate event clients prefer to pay via ACH transfer, but we also accept Zelle, check, and all major credit cards. Please note that a processing fee may apply for credit card payments. If your company has specific invoicing or payment requirements, vendor forms, etc. please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

    Yes! Every event is unique, and we’re happy to create a custom package tailored to your specific needs. Whether you need full-day conference coverage, one photographer or ten, multi-day trade show documentation, or a combination of event coverage, executive headshots, branding photography, video, interviews, photo booths, or licensed drone work, we’ll work with you to build the right package.
